Villa Waratah Kalkan is a five en suite bedroom villa with spectacular and expansive sea views. The villa is located in Kızıltas, one of the most popular locations in Kalkan. Villa Waratah overlooks Kalkan Town and Kalkan Harbour; also, it is effortless to reach to the town centre, restaurants, bars and shops.

Villa Waratah offers you a large outdoor area with an infinity pool, sun loungers and al fresco dining area. The villa is very nicely decorated and well equipped. All bedrooms are en suite and have a balcony or terrace. You will enjoy the panoramic view with the most beautiful lights of the day. Also, you have the opportunity to play and exercise in the gym and game room downstairs.

Villa Waratah is a 15-20 minute walk from the town centre.

Lower ground floor:

It offers both gym and playground together. Table tennis, gym equipment and TV & Ps4 are available. You will spend your holiday both staying healthy and having fun.

Ground Floor

The villa's ground floor has a comfortable and spacious open plan living area. The beautifully furnished living room opens to the garden and the pool with a floor to ceiling sliding glass doors from one to the other. The magnificent view and daylight will warm your heart. The well-equipped kitchen, where everything you are looking for will be at hand, is also on this floor. You can also have your breakfast practically at the breakfast bar. At the open plan dining area with seating for 8, each day will be a different pleasure accompanied by the view.

A laundry room on this floor. It is designed for your laundry, ironing or cloakroom services.

First floor

There are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. Both feature an en suite bathroom, floor to ceiling windows and access to the terrace with spectacular Kalkan views. 

Second floor

On the top floor, there are two bedrooms (with twin beds) with balconies that open to the magnificent view of the Kalkan.

Max occupancy is 10 adults / adults + child.

Additional guests (6 years plus) are £20 per person regardless of duration.

Prices for durations more than 7 nights are calculated by dividing the 7-night price by 7, then multiplying by the number of relevant nights.

Thereafter, the nightly rate is applied relevant to the specific dates of occupancy.

Payment Terms

In order to confirm your booking a deposit of £1000 PLUS the full cost of the International flights if arranged by Voyage Elegante. The balance for the entire booking is due in full 12 weeks prior to departure.

Antiphellos Ancient City

The ancient city of Antiphellos is located in the Kas region. The distance between Kalkan and Kas is 15-20 minutes by car.

Patara Ancient City, Lycia

Patara is located near the Gelemiş village on the southwestern coast of Turkey. The distance between Patara and Kalkan is 25 minutes by car. Kalkan Patara is an ancient Lycian harbour city dating from the 8th century BC

Kalkan Weather

The weather is the classical Mediterranean climate and mild. The summers are hot and dry, and the winters are wet and warm. The weather does not fall below 20 on average. When you go mostly, it will be nice weather. If you prefer a temperature of 30 degrees and above, the summer months are just for you. The sun is very effective and should not be exposed directly to the sun in the afternoon. It is more rain in winter, especially between December and February, and it drops to 10 degrees. Spring and summer are the best times to visit Kalkan.
