Ground Floor & Terrace 

A spacious, well-appointed living room and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen will welcome you at the villa entrance. Everything is at hand in the open-plan kitchen, from the refrigerator to the oven and equipment.

The living room offers comfortable seating, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and a beautiful design that appeals to the eye. You can reach the sitting area spread out against the magnificent view on the terrace and the pool by descending a few steps, with the glass doorways in the living room. There is also a dining table for ten people in the living room.

A few steps down from the villa, there is a pool (7.00 m, width: 4 m, depth: 1.65), sun loungers and a sitting area where you can relax and have a snack or dinner. You will enjoy your holiday in your private pool and garden against the beautiful sea view.

In our two-storey villa, all rooms have balconies and are well designed. In addition, there are a living room and terrace on the top floor. This room can also be used for the accommodation of two children or adults.The terrace with magnificent Kalkan bay views, a well-designed sitting area and a swing are waiting to offer you outstanding comfort and relaxation.
