Villa Maris Kalkan is a five-bedroom en-suite villa located in the most beautiful bay of Kalkan, Kalamar bay. This three-storey, fully equipped villa has a distinctive contemporary design.

Villa Maris features an infinity pool and jacuzzi in its garden and offers you a magnificent view of Kalamar bay. The villa is within walking distance of the best beach club in Kalkan.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground Floor & Terrace 

The villa combines a bright and modern living area with a well-equipped well-designed kitchen. 

The living room floor-to-ceiling windows fill the room full of sunlight. There is a TV and DVD in the living area, and all equipment in the kitchen.

You can cook with a magnificent view of Kalamar bay or enjoy the sitting area.

There is direct access to the terrace where the infinity pool (9 meters x 4.5 meters x 1.60 meters deep) is located through the floor-to-ceiling window door from the living room. The view of Kalkan, which is a visual solace, awaits you on the terrace. There are sun loungers on the other side of the terrace, a comfortable seating area and a swing waiting for your relaxation. 

There is a dining table for eight guests and an area where you can barbecue on the terrace.

There is also a double bedroom, dressing room, bathroom and guest cloakroom on this floor.

First Floor:

There are three en-suite bedrooms on the first floor. You will find absolute comfort in these rooms, all of which have balconies with magnificent Kalkan views.

Bedroom 1: There is a master bedroom on this floor. It has a balcony with a sea view. There is a jacuzzi and a shower in the bathroom.

Bedroom2: A double en-suite bedroom offers a balcony with a sea view a dressing area. You will feel very comfortable in these well designed bright rooms.

Bedroom 3: This en-suite room with twin beds offers a balcony with sea views and a dressing area.

Second Floor:

On the second floor, there is a terrace with a magnificent view that can be used by everyone staying in the villa.

Bedroom 5: Double en-suite room offers a large terrace. Terrace feautures sunlounges and magnificent view of Kalkan bay.

Kalkan Weather

Kalkan air shows the typical temperate climate characteristics of the Mediterranean. The summers are mostly hot and dry; the winters are warm and rainy. April-May months will be above 20 degrees. Summer months can be preferred for warmer temperatures. Spring and summer are the best times to visit Kalkan.

Thereafter, the nightly rate is applied relevant to the specific dates of occupancy.

We offer any flight, any airport, any duration or no flight at all- whatever you wish.

Payment Terms

In order to confirm your booking a deposit of £1000 PLUS the full cost of the International flights if arranged by Voyage Elegante. The balance for the entire booking is due in full 12 weeks prior to departure.
