Villa Ayala is located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan and is one of the modern and luxurious villas in Kalkan. 

The 5-bedroom Villa Ayala offers an incredible view of Kalkan bay.

The villa combines a large outdoor area with an infinity pool, sunbathing area, sitting room, dining and barbecue area complete with the panoramic views of Kalkan.

Ground floor:

Villa Ayala Kalkan has an open space that combines a contemporary living area with a kitchen and dining room. A seating area has also been created around the fireplace.

An American kitchen complements this contemporary and well-appointed living area. Everything will be at hand from the refrigerator to the freezer, from the oven to the microwave. A six-person dining table completes this fully equipped kitchen.

There is a toilet on this floor. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening to the magnificent view of Kalkan from this well-designed living area will fill the light and the view at all hours of the day.

First floor:

On the first floor, there are two en-suite double bedrooms.

Bedroom 1- Well-equipped double bedroom with jacuzzi and TV. A floor-to-ceiling glass door leads out to a balcony. You will feel very comfortable in this well-appointed room.

Bedroom 2: This well-appointed en-suite double bedroom features a TV and Jacuzzi—a floor-to-ceiling glass door that leads out to a balcony. Villa Ayala continues to fascinate you with the comfort it offers in every room.

Second floor:

There are also two double bedrooms on the second floor.

Bedroom 3: This double well-equipped en suite room features a jacuzzi and  TV—a floor-to-ceiling glass door leading to a balcony.

Bedroom 4: This double well equipped en suite bedroom provides a jacuzzi and TV—a floor-to-ceiling glass door leading to a balcony. You will have a wonderful holiday in Villa Ayala Kalkan.

Third floor:

There is a twin bedroom on the 3rd floor.

Bedroom 5: This well-designed two single beds en-suite bedroom features a wardrobe, dresser and TV. Floor to ceiling glass door leads you to the terrace. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a magnificent view of Kalkan with comfortable seating and sun loungers.

Outdoor area

From your modern designed sitting area, your glass-covered door takes you outside to the swimming pool area. Sun loungers where you can sunbathe, a fantastic infinity pool where you can swim, an outdoor seating area where you can enjoy the magnificent view of Kalkan Bay welcomes. In addition, the barbecue and dining area offers you the opportunity to dine as a family outdoors. A separate area is provided for table tennis and table football. Every detail has been considered for your comfort in Villa Ayala.

Kalkan Weather

Kalkan air shows the typical temperate climate characteristics of the Mediterranean. The summers are hot and dry; the winters are warm and rainy. April-May months will be above 20 degrees. Summer months can be preferred for warmer temperatures. Spring and summer are the best times to visit Kalkan.

Prices for durations more than 7 nights are calculated by dividing the 7-night price by 7, then multiplying by the number of relevant nights.

If your dates cross a price band, the initial price ( up to7 nights) is taken from the date of departure.

Thereafter, the nightly rate is applied relevant to the specific dates of occupancy.

We offer any flight, any airport, any duration or no flight at all- whatever you wish.

Payment Terms

In order to confirm your booking a deposit of £1000 PLUS the full cost of the International flights if arranged by Voyage Elegante. The balance for the entire booking is due in full 12 weeks prior to departure.
