Accommodation
The villa is spread over three floors, with the main area on the ground floor and bedrooms on the upper floors.
The villa is air-conditioned and has an internet connection.
Ground floor:
Glass twisted doors opening from the living area to the terrace fill the fresh air and daylight of the day. The living room is modern, comfortable and complemented by the American style kitchen. You can cook any meal you want in your well-equipped kitchen. There is also a shower room on this floor.
First floor:
There are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on this floor.
The double room has a magnificent view embracing the sea. The twin room has a balcony with side sea views. The rooms will provide you with a natural resting environment with their modern and simple designs.
Second floor:
There is a large en suite master bedroom onb second floor. It has a large terrace with a magnificent view of Kalkan bay.
Outside:
It has been designed to make the most of the outside with its swimming pool, infinity pool, magnificent Kalamar bay view, comfortable sitting area, barbecue dining area.
The jacuzzi inside the infinity pool is designed as an extra for your relaxation.
Parking is available outside the villa. It is a 20-minute walk from the centre of Kalkan.

Prices shown include:

- The daily full cooked breakfast service supplement is £400 weekly, including all ingredients and tea. **
* Private Executive Airport Transfers; provided everyone arrives on the same flight. One way luxury transfer supplement is £120 each way.
**Breakfast is calculated based on 4 adults/Childs. Additional guests weekly supplement for per person are £25
Please note: Pick up and drop off at the villa.
Note: If you need a high chair or travel cot, the Voyage Elegante team will provide it to you free of charge during your stay.

Main changeover day is Saturdays.
Prices for durations more than 7 nights are calculated by dividing the 7-night price by 7, then multiplying by the number of relevant nights.
If your dates cross a price band, the initial price ( up to7 nights) is taken from the date of departure. Thereafter, the nightly rate is applied relevant to the specific dates of occupancy.
Flights are not included in our displayed rates.

We offer any flight, any airport, any duration or no flight at all- whatever you wish.

Payment Terms
In order to confirm your booking a deposit of £1000 PLUS the full cost of the International flights if arranged by Voyage Elegante. The balance for the entire booking is due in full 12 weeks prior to departure.
